L’Isle-Adam
The “Island of Adam” isn’t far from Paris and is loved by many
Parisians for a close, fun place to visit in the summer months. We have friends
who live in L’Isle-Adam, situated in the Val-d’Oise (north of Paris), on the weekend
and work in Paris during the week. Lots of people do this as it gives them a
way to make their living and live the life they love at the same time.

| The beach! |
L’Isle-Adam is a lovely town with rich history, beautiful architecture, and a beach! It's pool was inaugurated by Johnny Weissmuller (of Tarzan Fame). It’s built upon three islands and has lovely riverside walks and parks.
Our friend’s place borders the Forêt de L'Isle-Adam, and so they never have to worry about back door neighbors.
